Afternoon Caretaker shift:
3-4pm till 10-11pm

Work setting
Apartment/condominium complex

Responsibilities:

Tasks
Maintain clean, pleasant environment in all common areas.
Communicate with residents
Administration duties such as email client's communications, fobs' adjustments, move-in, move-out notices, etc.
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform safety and security checks
Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Work with minimal supervision

Knowledge and skills
The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with tenants,



maintenance staff and contractors.
The ability to resolve issue that may occur to maintain smooth building operations.
The ability to coordinate and communicate tasks to contractors .
The ability to inspect the overall appearance and conditions of the building and detect deficiencies.
The ability to maintain clean and pleasant living workplace.
The ability to manage list of responsibilities and set priorities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.50 per hour
