Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Station Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in a rapid-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety standards, excellent food handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The Station Cook will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station, adhering to food safety protocols
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or service staff
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation




Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Experience
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in the food industry or similar fast-paced settings is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Robust teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
