Duties:
Create and implement developmentally appropriate plans for children in an early childhood education setting
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Lead and supervise classroom activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns
Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized classroom

-share in the full duties of the room , which include helping children at meal team, diapering when needed, and supporting during sleep time.

Ability to lift preschool children up on to a change table

Experience:
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate students




Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and materials
