Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and productive Cashier to join our retail team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
Provide product demos and upsell items to maximize sales prospects
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges using excellent phone etiquette
Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times




Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems and retail merchandising techniques
Ability to perform product demos and technical sales when required
Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and transaction processing
