Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher IT/SN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a love for teaching, and the ability to connect with children and their families.
Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Create a safe and welcoming classroom workplace where children feel valued and encouraged to explore.
Educate children on basic academic concepts while integrating play-based learning techniques.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress through regular assessments.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program that meets the needs of all students.
Support children with disabilities by adapting lessons and activities to ensure inclusivity.
Foster a love for learning by encouraging curiosity and creativity among students.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks such as lesson planning and record keeping.
Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
A commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
A genuine passion for educating young minds and fostering their growth.
