Duties
Assist lead teachers in planning and executing art-based activities tailored to early childhood development
Support children during creative projects, encouraging self-expression and fine motor skill development
Prepare art supplies, materials, and classroom setups for daily activities
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes confidence and enthusiasm for learning
Engage children in interactive storytelling, singing, and movement activities to complement art lessons
Maintain a clean, organized classroom workplace, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met




Collaborate with team members to assess children's progress and adapt activities accordingly

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Strong background or interest in art, drawing, or creative expression
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques
Ability to tutor or teach basic art skills to young learners with patience and clarity
Experience with cooking or related activities is a plus for integrating sensory play into lessons
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage children, parents, and team members
Prior classroom experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching is essential

Pay: $25,982.39-$123,316.23 per year
