We require a full-time Dispatcher/Charter Coordinator for our Attridge Coach division based out of our Toronto office. This position offers a positive work environment in a fast paced environment, competitive salary, group benefits along with enhanced skill development.

Job Description:
Driver Dispatching- assign and coordinate drivers to meet customer needs and schedule requirements.
Fleet Management-oversee fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance of vehicles assigned.
Customer Quoting/Pricing- provide timely and accurate quotes to customers, managing pricing inquires and negotiations effectively.
Computer Proficiency- utilize various software and system to manage dispatch operations, customer interactions and fleet data.
Multitasking – handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
Performs other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skills required by the job description
May be required to work and/or be accessible for periodic on-call duty
Maintain regular attendance

Requirements & Skills:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency
Post secondary education preferred




3 years experience preferred
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
Speak clearly and distinctly
Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
Creative, quick learner who will bring innovative thinking
Well-spoken and comfortable working with all levels of the organization
Energized, positive attitude and a team player
Ability to prioritize work in a fast, versatile, multi-task environment with minimal supervision
Work cooperatively with others
Must have smartphone and reliable method of transportation
Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs
Previous experience in dispatching or transportation coordination is considered an asset
