Duties
Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer interactions

Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy

Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Experience in food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
Background in customer service with a focus on creating welcoming environments
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings such as hotel or barista roles is advantageous
