Duties:
Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
Ensure food quality and presentation meet set standards
Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
Skills:
Experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting. Candidate must have food handling and smart serve certificate.
Proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must available be for morning & evening & on call shift.
Fluent in English is MUST.
