Job Title: Banquet Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Client Relations: Respond to inquiries, conduct venue tours, and guide clients through packages, pricing, and custom options.
Sales & Proactive Outreach: Prospect current corporate accounts, wedding planners, and local organizations to book high-value dates.
Contract Negotiation: Draft proposals, secure deposits, and finalize event contracts while adhering to venue minimums.
Event Transition: Prepare accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and hand off event timelines seamlessly to the operations and culinary teams.
Revenue Targets: Track weekly booking metrics, forecast monthly sales goals, and pitch creative packages during slow seasons.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hospitality sales,



catering coordination, or event management.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with solid negotiation abilities.
Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events and client deadlines at once.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, event booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability: Versatile schedule to accommodate evening and weekend client site tours or major tasting events.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
