Key Responsibilities:
Safely perform asbestos and lead abatement procedures following strict safety protocols and industry regulations.
Prepare and maintain job sites for abatement work.
Conduct mould removal, minor demolition, and site clean-up.
Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, respirators, Tyvek suits, and steel-toed boots.
Operate power tools safely and effectively.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians (asset).
Provide exceptional customer service and uphold professionalism with clients.
Follow detailed safety procedures and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines while multi-tasking.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly in English
