Mainland Motors Calgary is a growing independent dealership specializing in quality pre-owned and certified vehicles. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative who is eager to build a successful career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and social media.
Post and manage vehicle advertisements on Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms.
Create and appear in dealership promotional videos and social media content.
Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Explain financing options and assist customers through the purchase process.
Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Assist with dealership operations and other duties as required.
Requirements
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
AMVIC Salesperson Licence preferred. If not licensed,
you must obtain it within 30 days of employment at your own expense.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using social media for marketing.
Comfortable appearing in promotional videos.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Available to work weekends.
