As demand continues to rise, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team on a flexible, independent basis.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to rental inquiries and qualify leads
Schedule and conduct property showings
Present available units to potential tenants
Guide applicants through the rental process (application, verification, lease signing)
Maintain a robust understanding of our current availabilities
Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand professionally
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Access to a phone, car, and ability to move around the city
Bilingual (French & English) is a robust asset
Familiarity with the Montreal rental market is a plus
Compensation:
Commission-based structure
Flexible hours and control over your own schedule
