Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and caring Health Care Aide (HCA) to provide in-home support to our clients.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
Support with mobility and transfers
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and report changes to the care coordinator
Maintain client privacy and safety at all times

Requirements
Health Care Aide Certificate (Alberta or equivalent)
Valid work authorization in Canada
CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)




Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
Reliable transportation preferred
Experience in home care or senior care is an asset

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
Experience working with seniors and families from diverse cultural backgrounds
Strong sense of compassion, patience, and reliability
