Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Follow food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards
Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless food service experience during busy hours

Requirements




Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of kitchen operations
Robust skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude in a team environment
Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles is a plus
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and growing within the food industry
