Pagliacci's is quick paced restaurant serving Victoria for over 40 years. We are passionate about customer service and we are looking for someone who shares our passion of hospitality.

Your job would include:

Prepping for busy evenings, including pre-batching cocktails, and other house made drinks

Pouring beer, wine, and making high end cocktails in a high volume and fast paced atmosphere

Answering the phone and taking To-Go orders using our POS system, Toast.

Changing kegs for our beer AND wine, which is also on tap

Keeping the bar clean, tidy, and up to health standards

Requirements:

A valuable attitude and a team player

Serving it Right certification

Assets:

High Volume Bartending Experience (2 years)

Familiarity with Toast POS

Bar Smarts

Wine knowledge
