We are currently seeking an experienced and vibrant , experienced Dental Administrator to join our team at our clinic in Kingsway mall ! This is a Night auditor position

shifts are 8 Pm -8 AM ( 4 Days ) or

shifts are 8 Pm -2 Am ( 5 Days a week)

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year in dental administration, performing the following duties:
Greeting patients in office
Scheduling appointments and making confirmation calls
Processing insurance claims
Sending and following up on pre-determination requests
Collecting and processing payments
Completing day end

Competencies and attributes include:
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Engaging personality with a robust customer focus




Valuable understanding of dental terminology
Comfortable with using Dentrix software
