Responsibilities
Operate heavy trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes driving as solo driver.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo information and all trucks are equipped with Samsara ELD devices.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transit.
Assist in loading and unloading freight as necessary.

Requirements
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)



is required.
Proven experience in commercial driving of up to 2 years.
Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Must have US Visa or Canadian passport.
Clean driving abstract preferred.
Authorization to work in Canada.
