Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Offsite and Banquet Catering Chef with expertise in Italian cuisine to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience as a personal chef and a strong background in offsite catering. You will be responsible for creating and executing Italian-inspired menus that delight our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. Knowldege of making pizza (Neapolitan style) is a plus.
Managing food preparation and cooking at offsite and venue locations, ensuring timely service and presentation
Overseeing kitchen staff and coordinating logistics for offsite events
Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally at all times
Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:




Proven experience as a chef specializing in Italian cuisine
Previous experience in offsite catering, preferably as a personal chef
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
