Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Part time Security Guard to join our team in Ayr Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing top-notch security services.
Responsibilities
Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons at assigned premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
Prepare detailed incident reports as necessary.
Operate surveillance equipment and monitor CCTV feeds.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed.
Assist in loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
Valid Ontario Security Guard License. - Mandatory
Valid First Aid and CPR certification. - Mandatory
Ability to work independently and use technology
Robust understanding of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license, as it required to use as source of shelter on site.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
Shift Schedule
This position requires availability for the following shifts:
7:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 23:59
23:50 - 7:00
Applicants must be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
