Body & Soul Clinic is a growing aesthetic clinic specializing in laser hair removal and wellness services. We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Associate who loves working with people and is passionate about helping clients feel their best.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and engage with clients to create a great experience
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right treatments
Drive sales of memberships, packages, treatments, and products
Follow up with leads and existing clients to generate sales
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Help create a positive, energetic clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales skills and a proven ability to close sales
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with clients
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning recent software and systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Motivated by targets, commission, and achieving results
Reliable, organized, and a team player
Must be able to travel between our Toronto, Scarborough and Mississauga locations
