Full time job opportunity for an optometric assistant & receptionist. Experience in an optometry office is an asset. The candidate would be responsible for scheduling appointments, working one on one with patients to perform testing on optometric equipment, measuring glasses and adjusting glasses, frame repairs, preparing patients to see the optometrist, answering phones, invoicing insurance companies and taking payment.
We are an established optical office with over 60 years in the east end of Winnipeg. Candidates should be friendly, have positive presentation, and positive communication skills.
Must enjoy teamwork and a busy, upbeat atmosphere and have the ability to multitask.
