Click Modular Homes is looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our factory team on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a hands-on position involved in the construction of modular homes from start to finish. Previous construction experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Wood framing and general carpentry
Installing exterior siding and trim
Insulating and applying vapour barrier
Interior and exterior painting
Installing flooring
Installing interior doors, trim and finishing materials
Loading, unloading and organizing building materials
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Assisting with other construction and production tasks as required
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual and willing to learn
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to perform physical work and lift construction materials
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Construction or carpentry experience is an asset but not required
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required
