We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team! Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and record keeping using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform account analysis to monitor financial transactions and maintain ledger integrity




Maintain organized financial documentation and prepare reports for management review

Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Caseware is an asset;
Experience with Excel and word is must;
Robust understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to perform account analysis;
Robust communication skills and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
