Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in restaurant management and team leadership. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Implement and maintain food safety protocols, including proper food handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area.
Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial reporting.





Experience
Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within the hotel or restaurant industry.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Proficient in using POS systems for effective operation.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
