We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who is passionate about working in Medical Aesthetics and delivering best-in-class customer service to the clients. The current hire must be able to work in both Burnaby and North Vancouver locations.
As the successful candidate you are:

An excellent communicator with both clients and team members
Minimum 1-year experience in Medical Aesthetics
Ability to be an Ambassador of exceptional service to the clients
Willing to travel to both locations in Burnaby and Port Coquitlam
Must be available to work on Saturdays and versatile to adapt to schedule
Provide excellent skin consultations and market/promote our services to our clients
Contribute to practice success by managing email lists, retention activities and effectively respond to, follow up on and manage recent leads
Sell proprietary skin care products and treatments
