Kinton Ramen Windermere is opening in September 2026, and we are looking for Line Cooks to join our opening team.
Starting wage: $15+/hour + are eligible for tips, which are shared equally among the entire team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items according to Kinton standards
Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation
Maintain a smooth kitchen flow during busy service periods
Complete prep work, line checks, and station setup
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Support and train recent kitchen team members
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide an excellent guest experience
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of line cook or culinary experience
Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Food Safety certification required
Japanese culinary experience is an asset
