HealthOPM is hiring a
Child & Youth Support Worker
to provide behavioral, emotional, and daily living support to a male youth with autism and complex needs. This is a temporary placement through our staffing agency with stable hours and the chance to make a difference. Pay & Perks
Hourly rate: $23+ per hour,
depending on experience and qualifications Flexible weekday or weekend scheduling Supportive agency team and compliance assistance Build valuable experience working with youth who have complex needs Key Responsibilities
Support daily activities and provide behavioral guidance Apply NVCI or Protected Management Group training to manage safety De-escalate aggressive or violent behaviors Work collaboratively with the client and HealthOPM team Schedule
7 AM -3 PM, 3 PM -11 PM, 11 PM -7 AM Qualifications
Diploma or certification as a Child & Youth Support Worker (CYW/CYC) NVCI or Safe Management Group training required Prior experience supporting youth with autism and complex special needs Skilled in behavior management and crisis response Patient, reliable, and compassionate About HealthOPM
