This role is critical in supporting plant operations by ensuring timely and safe transportation while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.We operate 24/7 with a variety of shifts. The current opportunity is for an afternoon/PM shift. Shift schedules may change with operational needs, and flexibility is required.Shift IncentivesAfternoon shift incentive start time is between 12:00PM - 6:00PM. The premium is $0.50 per hour.Evening/Night shift incentive start time is between 6:00PM – 12:00AM/midnight.



The premium is $1.50 per hour.Compensation$34.50 per hour to start, $36.15 per hour after 3-months of employmentDuties & ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company trucks and perform shunt driving duties within the yardMove trailers and materials to support production and operational requirementsConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles are safe and compliantMaintain accurate records, including logs and inspection reportsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and plant personnelFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsAssist with general yard organization and cleanlinessPerform other duties as requiredRequired Skills & AbilitiesValid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstractMinimum 2 years of driving experience preferred (all experience levels will be considered)Strong understanding of safe driving practices and regulatory requirementsAbility to operate vehicles safely in a busy industrial environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyCommitment to safety and operational excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
