We’re looking for a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help lead our awesome team and deliver moments to families every day! You’ll be part of the team that makes the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre a place where imagination runs wild.Qualifications & ExperienceWhat You’ll Do:Supervise and support front-line staff during your shiftInspire your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver world-class serviceAssist with daily operations, guest flow, and crowd controlTrain, coach, and support team members to become LEGOLAND legendsRespond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and careMaintain training documentation and safety complianceLead by example by stepping into host positions when neededProvide feedback, coaching, and assist with staff developmentCollaborate with other departments for smooth daily operationWhat You Bring:High School diploma or GED requiredStrong customer service & communication skillsPrevious experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (6+ months preferred)Enthusiasm, positivity, and a team-first attitudeLeadership experience or potential to grow into a leaderComfortable using office and POS systemsOrganized, detail-oriented, and ready to multitask in a fun, fast-paced environmentAdditional Requirements:Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on your feet for extended periodsMust be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and some eveningsCommitment to health & safety for yourself, your team,
