Reliable commute or relocation required before starting.ResponsibilitiesProduce custom parts/pieces while meeting accurate measurements and specifications.Review drawings, instructions, or sample parts to grasp project specifications.Plan and organize the sequence of actions required for completion.Select and set up the appropriate machines for fabrication.Operate welding and fabricating equipment, such as MIG, TIG, and hand cutting tools.Perform quality control on finished pieces to ensure compliance with specifications.Interpret sketches, prints, operation sheets, and written or verbal instructions.Execute routine machine maintenance to keep equipment operating properly.Qualifications and Core SkillsAt least 3 years of experience in custom fabrication (asset).At least 3 years of experience in MIG and Stick welding; TIG welding knowledge is an asset.Proficient with precision tools for accurate measurements.Solid understanding of metal properties and other materials.Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and manuals accurately.Strong math and analytical skills.Troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.Can work independently and collaborate with designers,



other welders, and supervisors.Discuss work assignments with supervisors to understand expectations.Excellent time‑management skills.Robust communication skills.Flexible and adaptable to changing timelines and project requirements.RemunerationCompetitive wages with an annual performance review system.
