Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and train Fleet Technicians for optimal performance
Promote a 'Safety First' culture through regular roadside visits
Manage the operational KPIs for Fleet Drivers
Foster teamwork and engagement within the fleet
Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent execution
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience
Prior supervisory experience in a related role
Red Seal certification in Automotive Mechanical repair
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology
Valid Class 5 BC Driver License
