Key Responsibilities:
Support proposal development based on client needs
Design process flow diagrams and size equipment
Analyze laboratory test data and develop programs
Review and produce technical documents
Mentor technicians and junior engineers
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Metallurgical or comparable Engineering field
15+ years of metallurgy experience required
P.ENG certification needed
Previous consulting experience is advantageous
Robust attention to detail with excellent communication skills
