You will work under the Manager of Accessible Learning Services, closely advising students and staff. Leveraging your experience, you'll develop accommodation strategies, assess needs, and manage complex cases. This hybrid role includes both in office collaboration in Kitchener and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and assess documentation for accommodations
Advise students on academic rights and procedures
Create individualized success plans with students
Monitor implementation of accommodation strategies
Prepare and facilitate workshops on disability awareness

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Disability Studies or related field
At least three years in disability services required
Understanding of related legislation and standards
Robust analytical and communication skills
Ability to travel to campus locations as needed
