As a key member of the Gatik team, you will focus on implementing safety engineering principles for AI/ML systems. Your expertise will be crucial in defining safety strategies, developing runtime monitoring systems, and designing experiments that assess machine learning safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of ISO standards in AI/ML pipelines
Design deterministic AI safety monitors and guardrails
Create safety case arguments demonstrating acceptable risk

Requirements:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Robotics or similar disciplines
