Key Responsibilities:
Process and redirect incoming purchase orders
Address customer queries about order timings




Review and manage RFQs promptly
Assist with Return Merchandise Authorization as needed
Prepare and ensure compliance with packing and delivery schedules

Requirements:
Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent
3+ years in a relevant supply chain role
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office
Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
