Subprime Finance Manager Pay Rate: $ - per year Yorkton Toyota Subprime Finance Manager, Yorkton ToyotaEarning Potential: $100,000 - $200,000 annually Permanent, Full-Time Yorkton Toyota, a member of the FFUN Group, is looking for an experienced, motivated Subprime Finance Manager to build and grow our special finance business while helping customers secure vehicle financing. This is an chance for an experienced F&I professional to take ownership of and grow a significant area of the business at Yorkton Toyota. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and grow the dealership’s subprime and special finance business. Work with customers to understand their credit situation, vehicle needs, and budget. Structure and submit financing applications to maximize approvals. Build strong relationships with lenders and finance partners. Follow up on declined and pending applications to find alternative financing solutions. Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to identify opportunities. Maintain accurate records and ensure all deals are processed professionally and compliantly. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales, volume, and gross targets. What We’re Looking For:



Minimum 3 years of automotive F&I experience required. Strong understanding of automotive credit, lending, and finance products. Proven ability to structure and close challenging credit applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff.
