Strong mix of hands‑on rostering + analytics + stakeholder engagementSupportive environment with growth opportunities potentialAre you a highly organised workforce planner or rostering specialist ready to step into a role where your work directly impacts quality care and operational performance?About the RoleSitting within the Operations Performance team, you’ll take ownership of roster planning and workforce optimisation, ensuring staffing levels are aligned with resident needs, compliance requirements, and business performance targets.You’ll act as the key link between support office and village teams, bringing structure, insight, and best practice to workforce management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage and publish rosters across clinical and non-clinical teamsAlign staffing with occupancy, resident acuity, and operational demandsMonitor and optimise labour costs, including overtime, agency usage and casual poolsEnsure compliance with NZ employment legislation, Holidays Act and employment agreementsProduce reporting on workforce metrics (overtime, leave trends, labour spend)Partner with Village & Clinical Managers to deliver consistent, fair rostering practicesSupport system improvements, reporting tools and workforce planning initiativesAbout youYou will bring strong rostering and workforce coordination experience,
