You will be working alongside our CRM team, comprised of Sr Director of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Lead, and other CRM associates and coordinators. You will report directly to the Director of CRM.We are DO’ers! Every member of the CRM team embodies a strong bias toward action.The role:TheCRM Specialist – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention will help support the CRM team to plan, implement, schedule, and execute timely email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messages to ourChurned users, while collaborating with the CRM team on communication strategies, accurate execution of campaigns, and follow-up analysis.Responsibilities:Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (both ad hoc and automated), and building of customer segments in our CRM platform (Braze)



for Churned User effortsMaintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap.Support upkeep of weekly performance reportingAssist in cross-functional (engineering, product, data teams) communication between the CRM team and internal stakeholders/dependencies, including but not limited to:writing briefs for emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messagescollaboration with data/analytics team to classify/categorize campaigns for lifecycle dashboards/reportscoordinating copy and design work to ensure deadlines are metcollaborating with other internal teams to help support their initiativesfacilitate internal sign-off of communications from internal stakeholdersQualifications:4+ years of working experience in D2C email marketingExperience with building and deploying emails from scratchExperience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers & copywriters)Experience operating a CRM platform (i.E, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.Io, etc.)Very strong written and verbal skills in EnglishAttention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on often short deadlinesPreferred requirements:Experience with Braze platformExperience with SMS marketing in a D2C environmentGeneral understanding of HTMLGeneral understanding of personalization in CRMLearn More About CookUnityWe believe great leadership starts with alignment on vision, values,
