Position Overview

We are seeking an upbeat, professional Restaurant Server to join our front-of-house team on the Vancouver Island waterfront. The successful candidate brings a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and the dedication to deliver luxury, oceanfront dining experiences from the first greeting to the final farewell.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, high-standard table service to create memorable dining moments for every guest.
- Guide diners through our menu with comprehensive knowledge of West Coast seafood, Italian-influenced dishes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
- Maintain thorough familiarity with our extensive wine list, handcrafted cocktails, and ongoing beverage features.
- Accurately ring in orders and process guest payments using various payment methods.
- Adhere consistently to established restaurant service sequences, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with culinary and floor teammates to maintain smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues quickly, calmly, and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certification: Valid Serving It Right (SIR)



certificate required.
- Experience: 2+ years of serving experience in an upscale casual or fine-dining restaurant.
- Product Knowledge: Strong foundation in wine and spirits; prior experience with seafood and fine dining is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to thrive under high-volume pressure.
- Attributes: Warm, positive demeanor with an innate sense of hospitality and teamwork.
