The LPN works as a professional member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs and within his/her level of competency. He/She integrates and applies the knowledge, skills, judgment, and interpersonal attributes required to provide protected and ethical professional services to residents. The LPN is responsible and accountable to the public for his/her own practice, which is regulated and monitored.

Qualifications
Demonstrates leadership,
coaching and mentorship skills
Practical Nurse Diploma
Registration and membership in valuable standing with BCCNM
3+ years of experience with seniors health
Current CPR training
Working knowledge of MS Office programs
Regular demonstration of AgeCare’s values of Trust, Respect, Quality and Teamwork
Wage Levelling Salary: $32.84 - $41.35 per hour Internal Closing Date: September 16, 2026
