Branch Managers at
Stoney Restoration
provide hands‑on leadership across branch operations, project execution, and team performance. The role exists for one reason:
run a profitable, disciplined operation while delivering exceptional service to insurance partners, commercial clients, and homeowners.
You’ll own outcomes. That means setting the standard, supporting your leaders, managing risk, and making sure the branch performs—financially and operationally.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Set and enforce expectations for
top-tier customer service
across all projects and client interactions
Support and coach
Project Managers and Operations Leaders
to ensure sales activity, revenue targets, and gross margin goals are consistently met
Direct workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to match workload and minimize inefficiencies
Play a lead role in
business development , strengthening insurer relationships and identifying current commercial opportunities
Build and maintain a culture centered on
safety, accountability, inclusivity, and profitability
Work closely with senior leadership to:
Prepare, forecast, analyze, and report branch financial performance
Create annual budgets and manage branch-level P&L; accountability
Conduct monthly operational and financial reviews, including AR performance
Forecast monthly to identify and correct revenue or cost variances early
Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with company standards and branch goals
Own relationship management across staff, vendors, insurers, adjusters, and commercial clients
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in the
restoration industry
(this is not an entry‑level role)
Strong, hands‑on background in
restoration project management and operations
A results‑driven, ownership mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
High standards, strong judgment, and the ability to lead without micromanaging
Established relationships within the local business, insurance, or construction community
Ability to leverage existing relationships to generate new work
Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and disciplined execution
Confidence making decisions, prioritizing under pressure, and solving problems fast
Clean criminal record
