Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.Job SummaryAs a Sr. Consultant, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) & Submissions, you will play a crucial role in guiding pharmaceutical manufacturers through the complex landscape of health technology assessments and reimbursement submissions. We are seeking a professional with significant experience and expertise in this field. You will lead and manage the development and submission of HTA and reimbursement dossiers to Canadian health authorities and private payers, ensuring strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross‐functional teams for timely and high‐quality submissions. You will work closely with specialists in health economics and clinical evaluation to support our clients in achieving successful reimbursement and market access for their products. Solving complex problems and providing insightful recommendations is vital, as well‐informed advice can greatly enhance our clients' ability to achieve market access and secure reimbursement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HTA and Reimbursement LeadershipProvide expert guidance to clients on market access and reimbursement strategies.Lead the development, planning, and execution of HTA and reimbursement dossiers for Canadian authorities, including CDA‐AMC, INESSS, provincial health ministries, and private payers.Develop strategic plans for HTA and reimbursement submissions aligned with requirements and market access goals.Monitor and interpret changes in Canadian market access, HTA processes and reimbursement policy to inform submission strategies.Client and Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with brand pharmaceutical clients to tailor submission strategies to their objectives.Serve as the primary client‐facing contact, ensuring client needs are understood and met.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HTA bodies, and private payers.Cross‐Functional CollaborationWork closely with health economics, outcomes research,



and clinical experts to gather and synthesize relevant data and evidence.Ensure effective coordination and alignment between cross‐functional contributors for high‐quality submissions.Project ManagementManage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet expectations and deadlines.Support all administrative needs within submission projects, including invoicing, contract amendments, and related documentation requirements.Experience & QualificationsAdvanced degree in health policy, public health, pharmacy, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in health technology assessment, outcomes research, or market access, with a focus on the Canadian healthcare system.Proven track record of successful HTA and reimbursement submissions to Canadian health authorities.Strong knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Ability to work effectively in a cross‐functional team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Project leadership experience, with the ability to guide workflows, provide direction, and support staff in delivering high quality work.CompetenciesStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for HTA and reimbursement submissions.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.Communication:
