The role requires end-to-end ownership across application development, integration, production support, and technical solution delivery within a complex enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & DeliveryDesign end-to-end solutions across application, data, and integration layers.Produce high-quality design artifacts including HLDs, LLDs, and technical specifications.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.Define data models, schema designs, and integration patterns.Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine requirements.Review and validate solution designs for completeness, scalability, and feasibility.Provide accurate effort estimates, timelines, and delivery planning.Break down requirements into prioritized sprint-aligned work items.Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies early in the delivery lifecycle.Development & SupportDevelop, enhance, test, and support mainframe applications and batch processing solutions.Support production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.Ensure development activities follow enterprise standards, governance, and SDLC processes.Support deployment, release validation,
