Role Summary: To ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across the ERP system, enabling reliable planning, traceability, reporting, and decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain master data (items, BOMs, UoM, lots, vendors, customers) in the ERP
Implement and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and attribute completeness rules
Monitor data quality KPIs (completeness, duplicates, inactive data, misaligned attributes)
Support new product launches (NPI/NPL) by creating BOMs, routings, and item masters
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Sales & Marketing, Quality, and Finance to ensure correct master data setup
Perform regular audits and cleansing activities to prevent data degradation
Train end-users on proper data usage and request processes
Partner with IT and ERP administrators for system improvements and automation of data flows
Support WMS implementation and process mapping, ensuring alignment with ERP data governance
Required Skills & Competencies:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Tier 1 ERP setting (preferably Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Proven experience managing large-scale SKU portfolios with high data complexity
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, able to detect inconsistencies and risks
Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing
Proficiency in Excel / Power Query / Power BI for data validation and reporting
Bilingual (English/French) with strong written and verbal communication skills to train departments inside and outside of Québec within Canada.
