McLay Sales Consulting is a sales training and coaching company focused on helping real estate specialists improve the way they sell, communicate, follow up, handle objections and close business. Led by Tyler McLay, MSC works with agents through coaching, training programs, live sessions and sales systems designed to help them become more confident, consistent and effective in their business.
We’re looking for strong salespeople to join our team for Limitless 2026, a large-scale real estate and business event taking place at Pickering Casino Resort.
This is not a general event staff role. The focus is sales.
You’ll be representing McLay Sales Consulting throughout the event, speaking with attendees, identifying qualified prospects, presenting our programs and offers, handling objections and helping close business on-site.
What you’ll be doing
Approaching and engaging with event attendees
Starting conversations and identifying potential clients
Qualifying prospects
Presenting McLay Sales Consulting programs and offers
Handling questions and objections
Supporting sales activity at the MSC booth
Following up with warm prospects throughout the day
Closing sales
Representing the brand professionally and confidently
Who we’re looking for
Proven sales experience
Solid communication and closing skills
Comfortable approaching and speaking with current people
Confident handling objections
Competitive and results-driven
High energy and personable
Able to work independently and take initiative
Experience in real estate, coaching, high-ticket sales or events is a bonus
Compensation
$200 for the day + 20% commission on every sale you personally close.
This is a one-day opportunity with the potential for future sales and event opportunities with McLay Sales Consulting.
