Key Responsibilities: • Prepare budgets, estimates, and proposals for clients • Participate in negotiations and post-tender discussions • Create and manage various project databases • Coordinate meetings and assist the estimating team • Monitor project risks and provide solutions

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in an estimating role • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Experience in tenant improvements and renovations • Familiarity with construction estimating software • Understanding of various contract types
