Reliable Staffing is looking for compassionate, skilled, and reliable Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for travel and contract assignments across various healthcare facilities.

Employment Type: Travel / Contract / Temporary
Schedule: Days, evenings, nights, weekends & holidays as required

Key Responsibilities

Provide secure, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care.

Assess and monitor patients/residents and report changes in condition.

Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and policies.

Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, PSWs, and other healthcare specialists.

Respond appropriately to changes in patients' conditions and emergencies.

Promote patient comfort,



dignity, safety, and independence.

Follow infection prevention and control procedures.

Maintain professional standards and facility policies.

Qualifications

Current RPN registration with the applicable provincial regulatory college.

Valid CPR/BLS certification.

Previous experience in long-term care, retirement homes, hospitals, or community care is an asset.

Robust clinical assessment and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness and ability to travel for assignments.
