using software tools.Track progress on sustainability goals and maintain accurate records for key performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare basic reports and summaries to support sustainability tracking and decision-making.Collect and consolidate relevant data from internal systems to support customer reporting needs and audits.Research & ReportingConduct research on sustainability topics and summarize findings.Assist with implementing initiatives and collecting information for the annual Sustainability Report.Support the preparation of internal and external communication materials.Employee & Community EngagementHelp organize and participate in employee volunteer and community investment activities.Track donations, volunteer hours, and contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance sustainability efforts.Project & Administrative SupportProvide coordination and administrative support for sustainability projects and the Director of Sustainability.Maintain organized digital files and update content on SharePoint.Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Data ManagementCollect, enter, and manage environmental data (e.G., energy, waste, water)
