About the Chance Manage the IFRS month/quarter-end close process, including MD&A and related note disclosers Ensure SOX requirements are met and internal control processes are in place Assisting VP FP&A with forecasting and budgeting Responsible for managing the payroll team Manage the intercompany accounting process among multiple entities Support the audit (internal and external)



audit processes Supporting financial M&A integration team Ad-hoc requests.
